Discover how to make traditional Pomo tule toy dolls and birds in this virtual workshop with Meyo Maruffo. Also learn why tule is important, both culturally and environmentally. Meyo is Eastern Pomo from the Clear Lake Basin, tribally from Robinson Rancheria.
Craft kits will be available at the Museum so that you can make your own tule toys at home during and after the workshop. Pick up your kit from February 16 to 19 between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, or on February 20 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
