For our First Friday this month, we will celebrate the opening of our latest exhibition Pulped Under Pressure: The Art of Handmade Paper. Our musical guests will be The Jazz Dudes, in their duo version featuring Barney McClure and Pierre Archain.. In addition to Pulped Under Pressure, check out our core galleries devoted to Grace Hudson’s artwork, Pomo basketry, and the history of the Hudson-Carpenter family. We anticipate a lovely late spring evening, perfect for a stroll through the Wild Gardens, still abloom with poppies and other wildflowers. And Little Bear will delight with his popular table of Native American tools and toys. Light refreshments will be served.
